Shipping within Canada ONLY

Currently, only ships only within Canada for the time being.

Shipping fees are set at a $20 FLAT RATE.

Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping (within Canada only) and will be sent via Canada Post. The subtotal of your order must equal $100 before taxes are charged and after coupons or discounts are applied to qualify. 

Please note: The customer is responsible for all federal and provincial shipping related taxes. The customer agrees to comply with all export laws of Canada that apply to the products purchased or received under this agreement.

Holiday Shipping Policy

When purchasing gifts from for the upcoming holiday season, please note that we recommend placing orders prior to Monday, December 4th to provide ample time for delivery by December 25th. Mind At Large Medicinals cannot guarantee delivery timelines as any delays experienced by our shipping carriers are beyond our control. 

Estimated Shipping Times/Delays

When selecting your shipping method at checkout, please keep in mind that the stated transit time for your order is an estimate. Shipping estimates do not include the order processing time of 1-3 business days.

We cannot guarantee delivery timelines as mail carriers across Canada are continuing to experience delays. These delays are beyond our control.

For updates on your shipment, please check your order confirmation email for the tracking details and follow up with the carrier.

We do not offer shipping cost refunds for shipping delays, incorrectly provided addresses or packages marked delivered but not received.

If a shipment is returned to us un-delivered, you will have the option to be refunded for the product (minus the original shipping fee) or we can reship the order to a new address. Re-shipping your order to a new address will incur a shipping fee.

If you refuse the delivery of your package, the shipping fee associated with the return of the package to Mind At Large Medicinals will be deducted from the total cost of your order refund.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Products

For Canadian customers who have not purchased additional insurance, if a package is lost or arrives damaged, Mind At Large Medicinals will be happy to place a claim with Canada Post on your behalf.

Please note: Carriers insure parcels against loss and theft up to $100 CAD at their discretion.

Payment is pre-authorized at the time you place the order, but not completed until the order ships. Any item we are unable to provide will be removed from your order before your final payment is processed.
