If any of our products do not meet your expectations, we want to know. Please send an email to [email protected] including your order number and the reason for the desired return. We will investigate and evaluate the request before a replacement, refund or store credit is issued.
- Unwanted items must be unopened with the seal fully intact for refunds to be issued. No exceptions.
- Unwanted Items must be sent back at the expense of the customer.
- Refunds will only be issued to the same payment method that was used for the original purchase. The original shipping and insurance costs will not be refunded.
- Quality issue returns must be pre-approved before being sent back to Mind At Large Medicinals.
- You will be emailed a pre-paid shipping label to cover the cost of the return.

- Product sent back to Mind At Large Medicinals without pre-approval may not be refunded.
Once your quality issue return has been approved, we will gladly refund the purchase price of your unopened, returned product within sixty (60) days of the original purchase date.
Returns that are requested due to reasons other than an approved quality issue will be reimbursed via store credit in the form of a Mind At Large Medicinals gift card within sixty (60) days of the original purchase date.
