DIRECTIONS
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule in the morning on an empty stomach. Assess your tolerance and increase to 2 capsule serving size, if needed. Most people find a 1-2 capsule dose ideal. DO NOT exceed a 2 capsule serving size. DO NOT consume more than once a day.
